Social Media Giveaway Terms and Conditions
The promoter is: Tooth Spectrum Pty Ltd (ABN 48 647 872 919) whose registered office is at 160 Balcombe Road, Mentone VIC 3194, Australia.
The competition is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over except employees of Tooth Spectrum Pty Ltd and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Route to entry for the competition and details of how to enter are via Instagram @MentoneFamilyDentist and Facebook Mentone Family Dentist (@MFD160Balcombe).
Entrants can enter as many times as they want during the competition period. Entrants can enter on both Facebook and Instagram.
Closing date for entry will be 13 October, 2024 at 11:59 PM AEST. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
To enter, entrants must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period:
Entry Via Instagram:
- Follow @MentoneFamilyDentist on Instagram (if they do not already)
- Locate the promotional post on @MentoneFamilyDentist Instagram page; and
- Like the post
- Optional - Tag a friend in the comments section of the promotional post for bonus entries
Entry Via Facebook:
- Follow Mentone Family Dentist on Facebook (if they do not already)
- Locate the promotional post on the Mentone Family Dentist Facebook page; and
- Like the post
- Optional - Tag a friend in the comments section of the promotional post for bonus entries
Each eligible follow and post like will be counted as one (1) entry. Additional entries may be gained by tagging a friend in the official Instagram or Facebook promotional post.
The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or external events outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
The prize is as follows:
- A $150 voucher to Mentone Family Dentist
- An Oral B Electric toothbrush (model may vary from promotional image)
A total of six (6) winners will be selected – three (3) from Facebook and three (3) from Instagram.
Winners will be chosen at random by an independent adjudicator or panel of judges appointed by the Promoter.
The winners will be announced publicly on Facebook and Instagram on 15 October, 2024.
The winners will only ever be contacted by Mentone Family Dentist. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner. Winners must pick up their prize from the Mentone Family Dentist clinic.
The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, or any other social network. You are providing your information to Tooth Spectrum Pty Ltd and not to any other party. The information provided will be used in conjunction with the Privacy Policy found below.
